sent to this contract. The exchange owner turns fees on with
setFee(bps, recipient). Once fees land,
any wallet can call sweepIn(token) to credit whoever is staked at that moment. Joining late never
back-pays an older drop. No payout is promised here.
Coming to the L8 extension wallet and the main wallet: staking that pays from the 70% staking and
mining bucket, and raises your mining bonuses and your AI discount. Bonus and discount sizes are set by vote.
